About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter and update purchase orders in SAP/SHERPA
  • Monitor billing workflows (including 'red' approval routes)
  • Create and register suppliers (supplier setup and referencing)
  • Track budgets until invoice receipt
  • Initiate individual feedback (lessons learned) campaigns
  • Manage goods receipt notes and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Create and update digitized decisions (DDI)
  • Support management with financial and non-financial internal controls
  • Various administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in SAP/SHERPA (purchasing/procurement module)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of purchasing processes and industrial logistics
  • Basic knowledge of budget tracking and invoicing
