About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate product features and capabilities into benefit-driven messaging for millwork and cabinetry business owners
  • Write and produce landing pages, web copy, emails, case studies, one-pagers, ad copy, and campaign assets
  • Partner with product and sales to maintain sharp positioning and consistent buyer-journey messaging
  • Build, edit, and publish landing, product, and resource pages in WordPress
  • Maintain and improve the website through content updates, issue fixes, A/B testing, and on-page optimization
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid campaigns
  • Manage campaign audiences, creative, budgets, bidding, and testing to improve cost-per-lead and ROAS
  • Report campaign performance and translate results into next steps
  • Support full-funnel demand-generation programs across email, webinars, events, content syndication, and nurture
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns from concept through measurement
  • Track and report funnel metrics and contribute to a continuous test-and-learn culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience marketing to manufacturers, construction/building products, or other niche/vertical industries
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
  • Comfort with analytics tools including GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
  • Experience with native reporting in advertising platforms
  • Basic design or creative production skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with webinars, events, or field marketing
  • Ability to travel for a maximum of one week at a time
  • Domestic and international travel may be required
  • Valid U.S. passport required if not already in place
  • Weekend travel may be required during conventions and shows
  • Availability for up to 20% travel
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to work/look at a monitor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs or less
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; listed eligible states include Texas, Florida, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, and Wisconsin
  • Candidates in California, Colorado, New York, Illinois, Washington, and other states with active pay transparency requirements are not eligible
