About the role
- Lead and scale a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization across North America
- Own the technical vision and execution for INNERGY’s platform
- Drive modernization of architecture and intentional reduction of technical debt
- Partner closely with Product and Customer-facing teams
- Establish engineering best practices that increase platform reliability, performance, and security
- Build and mature engineering processes
- Lead talent management and hiring across regions
- Foster a healthy, engaged engineering culture
- Coach and develop engineering leaders
- Serve as a strategic technical leader to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 10 + years of engineering experience
- 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Strong background in modern cloud architectures, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience partnering with Product and executive leadership on roadmap and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, including platform modernization or post-acquisition integration
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
