About the role

Own and maintain a well-groomed, clearly prioritized product backlog aligned with overall AI product strategy
Translate product vision and roadmap direction into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Serve as the primary product partner for Poland-based development teams, providing timely clarification and decision-making during their working hours
Participate in and support product discovery, development ceremonies, and delivery events across global time zones
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution
Maintain clear product documentation, requirements, and communication to ensure alignment across regions and teams
Support the ongoing integration, enhancement, and evolution of AI-driven and Microvellum-related product initiatives

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product role
Experience supporting AI-enabled products, SaaS platforms, or data-driven software solutions
Demonstrated experience working with distributed and international engineering teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of clarity and professionalism
Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and ownership in a fast-paced, scaling organization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments
Background in Woodworking, CAD, CAM, ERP, or manufacturing-focused software products
