About the role

  • Conduct cross-brand and cross-territory audits to ensure our products are represented consistently and correctly.
  • Provide contract and retail-readiness support to help partners effectively launch and sustain our products.
  • Manage partner communications and follow up on open tasks to keep projects on track.
  • Support the marketing team in product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle management at partner level.
  • Partner with the sales team to help maximize targets and forecasts through strong backend support.
  • Collaborate with your line manager to create and deliver projects that align Europe with our global brand vision.
  • Ensure all processes and projects are fully supported, enabling the department to function smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in music, DJ culture, or entertainment is a plus (but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of systems, software, and processes commonly used in sales and marketing environments
