About the role
- Define the strategic growth and tactical execution plan for Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Set iterative growth KPIs/OKRs and track success against business goals.
- Perform market research and build lead pipelines by interacting with customers and prospects, attending trade shows and joining other virtual communities.
- Improve product positioning, competitive battlecards, pricing strategies, and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Evaluate competitive offerings and explore innovative solutions to continually strengthen product differentiation.
- Extend sales and marketing channels through Business Development activities, launching into new markets.
- Review the Sales funnel and Marketing lead generation performance, directly reviewing data, coaching others, and setting targets to achieve stretch goals.
- Drive improvements in product NPS and retention by evaluating customer feedback, behavior, and win/loss trends.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Engage as an ‘executive sponsor’ with our high-value, interesting, and influential customers, with regular cadence of feedback loops.
- Perform product market fit analysis and research activities, gathering insights via customer interviews, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to build out product roadmaps and development backlogs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
- Identify opportunities for 3rd party integrations, specifically focused on MSP-related B2B solutions to increase value or generate additional revenue.
- Create AI generated POCs to communicate planned product changes to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a successful product leader with growth-stage enterprise SaaS products and services.
- Experience aligning the roadmap for Sales, Marketing, and Product team members.
- Expertise with successful GTM of mid-market enterprise SaaS products and sales-led motion within technology sectors.
- Hyperscaler, private cloud, IaaS, DevEx, FinOps, or other relevant product growth experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-year business financial planning and product strategy as it relates to product line management and growth.
- Strong knowledge of public cloud, private cloud, server architecture and related software/hardware solutions.
- Experience managing multiple product lines and projects simultaneously while analyzing complex data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to span both strategic planning and tactical execution while building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
