About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business growth and expand relationships with existing clients in an assigned territory
- Prospect and engage healthcare clients, particularly hospital and independent retail pharmacies, supply chain teams, and procurement teams
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations for Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Nurture current client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain a sales opportunity pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Provide ongoing education on regulatory compliance and service offerings
- Travel within the assigned territory to provide on-site support for pharmaceutical returns
- Maintain client and sales activity records in CRM systems
- Use CRM data to identify trends and refine sales strategies
- Comply with company policies and perform other sales-related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree required
- 2+ years in sales, client development, or territory management, focused on healthcare or related industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to reside in the Baton Rouge area
- Ability to make daily in-person visits to pharmacies throughout the city and region
- U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Not eligible for student visa sponsorship, including F-1 OPT or CPT
- Ability to use CRM systems; Salesforce or other CRM platform experience preferred
- Ability to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to talk, hear, and read computer or printed instructions
- Ability to occasionally stand, kneel, stoop, and lift or move 40–50 pounds
- Ability to view items at extremely close range and adjust focus
