About the role
- Coordinate with customers and the operations teams to ensure timely execution of advertising and offer programming
- Assist in training and onboarding of customer teams, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement
- Implement commercial planning and leverage retailer assets to drive advertising and offer-based revenue
- Lead efforts with the Director to deploy best practices for maximum benefit of products/services
- Manage weekly revenue reporting, forecasting, and updates
- Analyze post-program results and present to retailer
- Share customer insights with product teams to inform upsell/cross sell opportunities and improve user experience
- Support QBR preparation and renewal cycles
- Ensure compliance with all policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years on a Customer Success team in marketing/advertising tech or retail
- Knowledge of digital media, in-store media, e‑commerce software, analytics, and business operations
- Experience driving value through customer experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
