About the role
- The Product Marketing Director, HCOS is responsible for all product marketing strategies to support the commercialization and growth of the HCOS product lines.
Collaborate with business and product leads to design and execute product launch and commercialization plans for new product introduction and product enhancements.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Marketing and Technology; be subject-matter expert about Healthcare product line.
Lead design and execution of business cases, revenue projections, and decision analysis for major product line.
Support Product Management’s go-to-market plans, including competitive strategy, revenue impact, profitability, and roadmap; contribute to executive-level strategy.
Define and execute go-to-market strategy for complex, multi-stage programs; provide oversight to junior team members; support sales with portfolio-level expertise.
Ensure in-market timing for product roadmap; coordinate with Product Management and alert leadership of delays and modify commercialization plans.
Gather inputs and create path forward plans for complex problems risking revenue; contribute to ideation for roadmap and prioritize based on sales and market data.
Communicate across multiple product lines and divisions; be point person for multi-product or divisional initiatives for Sales, clients and vendors.
Create persuasive presentations for C-level, clients, and analysts; develop compelling marketing materials aligned with portfolio strategy.
Conduct customer research, VOC projects, and informal methods to inform go-to-market strategy and product prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline
10+ years’ related work experience, preferably marketing media, digital or technical services for manufacturers or retailers; or any equivalent combination of experience and training
Experience in online advertising or social media marketing, a plus
Experience in retail industry, a plus
Proven track record for delivering high-quality presentation materials
Demonstrated capacity to communicate large-scale concepts
Ability to approach the day-to- day with both a product and client mindset
Eminently curious, with a high propensity for self-learning
Proficiency working with software programs including, Microsoft Office and Google suites
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
