Review financial reports and working papers provided by the outsourced accounting service provider and make necessary adjustments after consultation.
Assist in treasury management, including cash flow planning, cash allocation and placement.
Assist in tax compliance, statutory compliance, annual audit and simple corporate matters.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory financial reporting (scope guided by specialists).
Perform day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to facilitate smooth reporting and audits.
Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives within the finance team.
Reports to the Senior Manager, Finance; regular interaction with internal business units and external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial service providers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are preferred.
Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, including experience in audit firms.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
High level of integrity, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
