About the role
- Act as first line response to employee inquiries in Europe and the UK
- Optimise internal HR processes, including employee engagement initiatives and manager support
- Maintain employee records and performance progression data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the self-serve rollout of global Talent Acquisition system and onboarding process
- Assist with operational side of ER, contracts, and policy review
- Provide operational support for performance management, employee development cycles, and coaching/manager training programs
Requirements
- Experience working with a People tech stack, ideally ATS, performance & employee voice, LMS/LXP and HRIS systems
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish)
- Knowledge of HR payroll outputs and tax regulations
- Recent full qualifications in Human Resources (HR/HRD) or Organisational Development (OD), equivalent to BA/BSc/CIPD Level 5/ SHRM-CP level
- Professionalism and strict confidentiality in all situations
- Experience of achieving concrete deliverables to deadline within a global team
- Passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience and optimising HR processes
