Lead group finance and act as the chief financial spokesperson
Support the CEO on budgets, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting and funding
Drive management accounts, cashflow and budgeting
Deliver clear financial reporting/presentations for the Board
Oversee statutory obligations (FBT, BAS, payroll tax etc.)
Manage audit readiness (interim + annual)
Lead continuous improvement across finance processes and systems

Prior CFO experience 10 years plus
Deep capability across day-to-day finance operations
Leadership in a scaling organisation
Tech/software experience (highly valued)
