About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own the overall organic marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across all key platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content, including videos, reels, carousels, graphics and written posts.
- Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns and marketing materials.
- Edit short-form video content for social platforms.
- Design social media graphics, carousels and promotional assets using Canva or similar design tools.
- Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages and audience interactions.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and promotional content.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, repurpose existing content and increase efficiency.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics and continually optimise content and strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to execute business growth objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer or Content Marketing Specialist.
- Demonstrated success growing brands through organic marketing.
- Strong content creation skills across multiple social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional written English.
- Experience producing engaging social media content that generates leads and engagement.
- Ability to create, edit and publish short-form video content.
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Experience managing online communities and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in B2B Marketing (highly desirable).
- Experience in service-based businesses (highly desirable).
- Experience in construction or trades industries (highly desirable).
- Experience in UK markets (highly desirable).
- Experience in organic social media growth (highly desirable).
- Experience in content strategy (highly desirable).
- Experience in brand development (highly desirable).
- Experience in lead generation (highly desirable).
- Experience in marketing automation (highly desirable).
- Experience in CRM platforms (highly desirable).
- Technical Skills: Canva (or equivalent design software), social media management platforms, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, AI content creation tools, video editing software, analytics and reporting tools.
