About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design of social media graphics and assets for owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
Own and evolve their deck and presentation templates building polished, on-brand work at pace.
Drive the production of research reports and thought leadership content: layout, typography, data visualisation.
Take ownership of brand identity: developing templates, maintaining guidelines, and pushing visual language forward.
Create motion graphics and animations for social content.
Partner with the wider marketing team on campaigns and launches, often leading creative direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of design experience with a strong, varied portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Confident working independently and managing your own briefs end-to-end.
A genuine understanding of social media culture and what great content looks like.
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to give and receive creative feedback constructively.
Motion and animation skills (After Effects, Adobe Express or similar).
Experience designing for social platforms at scale.
Report, editorial or publication layout experience.
Previous agency or in-house brand experience.
