- The successful candidates will focus on high-volume outbound calling to generate business meetings and secure executive delegate attendance for international B2B events. This is a highly phone-driven role requiring confidence, resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently perform against outbound activity targets.
- The role is best suited to individuals who genuinely enjoy outbound sales, are target-driven, and are motivated by performance-based incentives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers**
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team**
- Secure delegate attendance for executive-level events**
- Build and maintain strong prospect engagement through professional communication**
- Manage and update prospect activity within the CRM system**
- Maintain consistent outbound call activity and performance metrics**
- Work closely with internal teams to support pipeline growth and event attendance targets**
- Deliver professional communication aligned to international business standards
- **Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or SDR experience**
- Strong phone-based sales background essential**
- Excellent spoken English with a professional and neutral accent**
- Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers**
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection positively**
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and money-motivated mindset**
- Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar**
- Strong organisational and communication skills**
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment**
- Reliable work-from-home setup including stable internet and quiet working environment**
- Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg preferred
- **Preferred Experience**
- B2B events, delegate acquisition, or appointment-setting experience**
- Experience working within UK or international sales markets**
- Exposure to high-volume outbound sales environments**
- Familiarity with Aircall, Zoho CRM, or outbound dialler systems advantageous
