Key responsibilities & impact

Build, launch, and manage cold outreach using Instantly and Dripify.
Manage sending domains, inboxes, and warm-up protocols to ensure high deliverability.
Proactively monitor performance and fix bottlenecks before they impact results.
Build hyper-targeted lead lists using Apollo.
Use Clay and AI to clean, segment, and enrich data to a campaign-ready standard.
Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n.
Connect tools via API and webhooks without hand-holding.
Build AI-assisted sequences and booking flows to streamline operations.
Own pipelines and contact records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Provide weekly performance updates and flag issues proactively.

2+ years running outbound campaigns or RevOps for B2B businesses.
Experienced in managing multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
A systems thinker who naturally documents wins and debugs breaks.
High-agency individual who operates with minimal oversight.
