About the role

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within your assigned market segment or territory.
  • Outbound Communication: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine their suitability as qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ability to Demo SaaS products and demonstrate the benefits and value.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition of opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, lead status, and conversion metrics using CRM software.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion. Based on quality call and appointment volume targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound business development, sales, and lead generation.
  • Experience in a similar role targeting the UK market is an advantage.
  • Experience within an MSP, IT, Tech, Cloud or Telco based company is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging communication style.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and GTM tools (HubSpot, Apollo etc.. is a plus)
