About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Schedule and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
  • Engage professionally and confidently with potential clients, presenting the firm in a polished and credible manner.
  • Assess and qualify prospects carefully based on their suitability, potential need, and alignment with the firm’s services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities within the CRM, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Work towards achieving and consistently exceeding agreed activity levels, pipeline targets, and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales-focused role such as SDR, BDM, or business development within a professional environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a soft or neutral accent and a highly professional telephone manner.
  • Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, building trust, and presenting value propositions clearly.
  • Comfortable working UK hours while being based remotely in South Africa, maintaining productivity and responsiveness.
