About the role
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle
- Management of the recruiting process for various positions
- Ensuring a professional onboarding experience at InkuPlay for new employees
- Handling administrative and organizational HR tasks
- Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters
- Supporting management on HR-related issues
- Actively contributing to the development of company culture
- Professional handling of offboarding processes
Requirements
- Commercial training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification in HR
- Experience as an HR representative or in a generalist HR role
- Confident interaction with employees and managers
- Structured, reliable, and strong communication skills
- Appreciation for modern digital work environments and remote work
- Willingness to take responsibility and independently develop processes
- Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented working style
- Careful working practices and confidentiality are a matter of course
- Knowledge of employment law is welcome but not a primary focus of the role
