Enhance and continuously implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Inktavo products, identifying target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Work with Marketing to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth; adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team on sales activities and outcomes.
Be a close partner with leadership and marketing to align messaging and campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and effective lead generation strategies.
Maintain a deep understanding of our Inktavo family of products and services, articulating their value proposition to clients effectively.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Proven Track Record: You have a history of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving significant growth in previous roles, demonstrating your ability to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
8+ years of GTM leadership with experience in SaaS
Team Building Expertise: With extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams from the ground up, you know how to identify, recruit, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Strategic Vision: You possess a strong ability to develop and articulate a clear business and sales strategy that aligns with overall strategic objectives, ensuring the sales team is focused and effective in executing that vision.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You leverage analytics and market insights to inform your strategies, making data-driven decisions that lead to actionable outcomes and continuous improvement.
