About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop the design of new products – from packaging and displays to product images and visual concepts for our online shop and retail partners.
You design banners, graphics, landing pages and other creative assets for our Shopify store and marketing campaigns.
You create new tattoo designs and contribute creative ideas for new collections and products.
You are responsible for the visual implementation and further development of our brand identity across all channels.
You develop creative concepts together with the team and ensure a consistent CI for our campaigns.
You independently coordinate creative projects, liaise with suppliers and production partners, and keep track of timelines and assets.
You monitor trends in design, fashion, beauty and social media and actively bring new ideas into the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a strong sense of modern design, aesthetics, branding and visual communication
Ideally, you have experience with D2C brands or in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sector
You are experienced with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI tools
You work in an organized, independent and pragmatic way and deliver projects reliably
You are creative, hands‑on and eager to take responsibility and help shape things actively
You enjoy managing diverse projects in parallel – from packaging and product design to digital assets
You have very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
You are interested in e‑commerce, modern brands and creative trends in the digital space
