People Services Specialist – 12month FTC

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide accurate generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers pertaining to HR Policies and processes.
- Deliver administrative and transactional support across the Employee Lifecycle.
- Manage task completion in workday, resolve queries effectively.
- Promote compliance and self-service through Workday and supporting tools.
- Work closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Business Unit P & C teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
- Previous, demonstrable experience providing HR administration and transactional support.
- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices would be an advantage.
- Experience with cloud based HRIS systems and ticket management systems (ideally Workday and ServiceNow).
- Methodical and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- Attention to detail, responsive, with a customer service-minded approach, is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop strong, positive relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly, organise and prioritise workloads to meet business requirements.
- Proactively identifies customer needs and take responsibility to resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- An enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn.
- Good IT competence (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
- Resilience and tenacity to see things through to conclusion.
- Initiative and drive to continuously identify ‘better ways’ of working to improve efficiency.
