About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of multiple concurrent new business opportunities, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned
Analyze RFPs and help structure workstreams, timelines, and team responsibilities
Draft and compile pitch materials, including written responses, presentations, and supporting documents
Partner with strategy, creative, account, medical, and other cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure cohesion
Maintain quality control across deliverables for formatting, consistency, and accuracy
Track progress, flag risks, and proactively solve process or execution gaps
Develop pitch assets such as case studies, credentials, and boilerplate content
Maintain and update internal knowledge systems, databases, and archives
Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, including note-taking and follow-ups
Coordinate development of pitch theater elements, including leave-behinds and microsites
Contribute to post-pitch debriefs and document key learnings
Report to the Associate Director, Growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in an agency setting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
Interest in business development, marketing strategy, and pitch environments
