About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be a primary resource manager
- trusted partner to multiple capability leads and senior leadership stakeholders
- Own and oversee a portfolio of brands/clients
- Develop resource plans across a large subset of business
- Partner with business development teams for onboarding and staffing
- Build relationships with senior leadership to influence decision-making

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in resource management

- or operations within an agency environment
- Experience managing staffing across multiple clients or brands
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions at a strategic level
- Hands-on experience supporting new business
- Ability to balance data-driven insights with practical judgment
- Confidence in navigating complex conversations
