About the role
- Join as an established leader of our Account Management department
- Employ your expertise in multiple therapeutic categories
- Mentor and grow mid and junior level team members
- Accountable for agency service that exceeds client expectations
- Manage meaningful client relationships
- Ensure impeccable delivery of high-value client initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years' experience in account management (general advertising or interactive advertising)
- At least 8 years agency experience required
- At least 8 years healthcare experience required
- At least 5 years in a senior management role required
- Identify and act upon organic and greenfield growth opportunities
- Manage/mentor mid-level and junior account team members
- Multichannel marketing experience
- Professional and consumer marketing experience
- Experience and history of success in pitching and closing new business
- Analytical skills to identify and understand implications from relevant marketing data and budgets and transform learnings into new opportunities and optimizations
