About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote Relexxii and additional ADHD products within a defined territory
  • Call on Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers
  • Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff
  • Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance
  • Navigate and support prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through processes
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while operating within compliance guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (B.A. or B.S.)
  • 1–2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience required
  • Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Performance driven and results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel within the territory
