About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals involved in iron infusion treatments.
- Deliver educational programs and training sessions in infusion clinics and other care settings.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on assigned products, therapeutic areas and relevant clinical data to meet client needs.
- Support implementation and appropriate use of therapies in infusion clinics and related clinical environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, infusion clinic teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify training needs and share observations and client feedback with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Access and Patient Solutions teams to support regional objectives.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of educational meetings, training programs and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with Canadian regulations, industry standards and company policies.
- Document interactions with clients and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete required administrative tasks, including daily system updates, weekly activity reports, email correspondence and time reporting.
- Attend local and national meetings, congresses and conferences to remain informed of program developments and to share learnings with the Patient Solutions team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Canadian license or eligible for registration in Canada
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent clinical training is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical environment required
- Experience or knowledge of iron therapy, infusion therapy or infusion-related products is an asset
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the Canadian healthcare system is an asset
- Strong practical knowledge of the relevant therapeutic specialty and disease area is an asset
- Experience delivering presentations, training or educational activities, in person or virtually, to healthcare professionals
- Valid driver’s license required
- Availability to travel across Canada, including some overnight travel
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required
