About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Developing and managing sales activities within an assigned area
Providing field-based leadership to Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers
Driving performance through strategic leadership, talent development, coaching, and operational oversight
Building high-performing teams and cultivating a strong and engaging culture
Monitoring data analytics information to ensure full utilization of resources
Collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access
Supporting Regional Sales Directors in the design of regional business plans and employee development plans
Organizing employee training, conferences, and regional meetings
Attending National and Regional congresses as assigned
Communicating with key leadership regularly to update on project performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience
Demonstrated track record of successful pharmaceutical sales leadership
Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team
A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Product launch experience
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile technologies
Experience in fibromyalgia, rheumatology, neurology or pain management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
