About the role

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IFS CRIM and Change Requests, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Plan, track, and control project schedules, resources, and deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and delivery governance
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and proactively manage mitigation plans
  • Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and change control processes are followed
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies where required (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager with 2+ years of scrum master experience in an ERP environments
  • Able to work on CET hours.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing CRIM and Change Request deliveries
  • Solid understanding of project scope management, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
