About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee approximately $3B in annual volume, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are tracked and met to support the business effectively.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to influence internal stakeholders, vendors, and peer managers.
  • Approval of monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to Cost Override function.
  • Approval of reconciliations related to the Accounts Payable function.
  • Provide oversight and guidance relating to accounting policies.
  • Supervision of Key Controls and audit preparedness and support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years in a position-specific role.
  • Large Enterprise experience.
  • AP or General ledger experience.
  • Experience as Team lead or Project lead.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and vendor-related financial processes.
  • Strong reporting and database management capabilities.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
