About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire order process from quote creation to successful completion
- Proactively support and advise our partners with a clear focus on service quality and revenue growth
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure schedules and deadlines
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Broad commercial/business education or equivalent background
- Experience in distribution (definite advantage)
- Fluent German language skills
- English at B2 level
- Effective communication by phone, email, and in person
- Understanding of systems, software and processes with an interest in improving them
