About the role
- Support the operation by performing basic functions that support order processing and replenishment of product
- Repack picking
- Repack stocking/replenishment
- Shipping – small parcel
- Loading and unloading of product (using pallet jack or sit-down forklift)
- General maintenance (maintenance of powered equipment and battery changes)
- Perform some functions requiring use of pallet jack and/or sit-down forklift
- May perform tasks from other levels to support business needs
- Provide administrative or technical support at an intermediate level
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 year degree preferred
- 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience
- Established and productive individual contributor
- Works under moderate supervision
- Problems typically routine but may require interpretation or deviation from procedures
- Communicates information requiring explanation or interpretation
- Provides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level
- Uses RF device
- Ability to perform repack picking and repack stocking/replenishment
- Experience with small parcel shipping
- Ability to load and unload product using pallet jack or sit-down forklift
- General maintenance of powered equipment and battery changes
- May be required to perform tasks from other levels to support business needs
