About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats—from one-hour sessions to multi-day programs.
- Coach learners to apply new skills on the job, reinforcing knowledge and driving performance improvement.
- Design and enhance training programs and materials that align with business goals and boost employee engagement.
- Measure learning effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop impactful content.
- Manage logistics including course registration, scheduling, classroom setup, and learner communications.
- Stay ahead of trends in talent development and leadership by researching and applying best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or a equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in learning and development including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative; team is located in another state.
- Proven ability to communicate and connect with learners at all levels—from frontline team members to senior leaders.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a track record of delivering engaging, results-driven training.
- Experience in sales enablement or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
