About the role
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives across UCC, DCPOS, Pro AV, and Physical Security categories.
- Be the key connector between vendors and internal teams.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across EMEA.
- Build strong vendor relationships and secure marketing funding.
- Consolidate and manage multi-vendor marketing plans.
- Lead cross-functional execution of campaigns, events, and enablement programs.
- Use marketing automation tools for targeting and performance tracking.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as campaign ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
- Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and report outcomes.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing is required.
- Proven success in vendor relationship management.
- Strong project management skills with multi-country coordination experience.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Visio and Project experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
