About the role
- Update and maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation for marketing activities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, campaign milestones, and planning cadences
- Collect and organize marketing materials and assets
- Support campaign kickoff meetings and the proofing/approval process
- Collect and manage post-campaign documentation (POP/POE), track ROI and performance metrics, and contribute to campaign recaps
- Assist with budget updates, manage claims submissions and receivables tracking.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up on campaign activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years in marketing, client services, or project coordination (technology/distribution industry a plus)
