Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tactical and operational support for high-profile marketing initiatives
  • Act as the bridge between marketing leaders’ strategy and the team’s output
  • Transform broad strategies into meticulous execution plans
  • Organize project timelines to prioritize major tasks
  • Provide dedicated project coordination for initiatives led by the Deputy CMO
  • Input all plans into Jira with detail to ensure clarity
  • Maintain an organized Source of Truth for projects
  • Monitor team bandwidth and manage dependencies
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A formal qualification (e.g., PMP, Google PM certificate) is essential to ensure a grounded understanding of project lifecycles
  • Proficiency in English is essential, any other additional languages would be considered an advantage
  • Experience structuring Epics and Tasks in Jira
  • Proven experience defining the 'Definition of Done' for the team
  • Ability to independently hunt down missing specs, assets, and requirements
  • Skills to proactively spot hidden conflicts, such as resource double-booking, logic errors, or unrealistic timelines
  • Discipline for monitoring team bandwidth to ensure major focus and avoid over-allocation
  • Experience in Marketing, Tech, or Trading considered a strong asset.
