About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the use of sustainable paving technologies
  • Build meaningful relationships with agencies, contractors, and industry partners
  • Help customers understand and apply the value of Ingevity’s solutions in real-world settings
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to regional growth
  • Collaborate across teams to support customer needs, demonstrations, and project execution
  • Provide hands-on support during paving projects when needed
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and help partners find effective solutions
  • Support adoption of product specifications and industry best practices
  • Serve as a trusted resource and connection point between customers and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in asphalt materials, paving operations, civil engineering, or technical sales/marketing within the road construction industry
  • Understanding of pavement engineering concepts such as mix design (e.g., Superpave, SMA)
  • Familiarity with warm-mix asphalt technologies like Evotherm
  • Comfortable around asphalt plant operations and paving environments
  • Ability to build relationships with DOTs, public works agencies, contractors, or asphalt producers
