About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and maintain relationships with active and potential customers, identifying opportunities to sell parts, services and compressed-air solutions;
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on negotiations with customers and the external sales team, and manage the commercial process through to order closing;
  • Manage the complete sales cycle in Salesforce (SFA), including opportunity entry, follow-up, information updates and lead handling;
  • Monitor orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met and act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the process;
  • Reactivate inactive accounts, support the identification of new items with Engineering and ensure compliance with commercial processes and documentation;
  • Prepare sales and activity reports, share best practices with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields;
  • Commercial experience in industry, preferably in machinery and equipment;
  • Customer service experience with the ability to understand needs, resolve issues and respond efficiently;
  • Required knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Sales force automation (SFA) experience is a plus;
  • Ability to navigate TOTVS software systems.
