About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the mapping of HR processes (AS IS) across the LAC region
Design and implement the future HR Shared Services model (TO BE)
Serve as PMO for the implementation of the HR Shared Services Center
Plan and execute the transition of processes to the shared-services model
Create and maintain operational documentation
Define and monitor performance, quality, and user experience indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reside in the São Paulo metropolitan area
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in HR shared services center implementation projects
Technical knowledge in process detailing and mapping
Intermediate English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
