IT Technician

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 2nd-level on-site and remote IT support for end users
- Log and manage incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support global infrastructure teams (Server, Network, Security) with local hands-on activities
- Manage end-user devices and asset lifecycle (deployment, refresh, decommissioning)
- Participate in local, regional, and global IT projects (e.g., M&A, upgrades, deployments)
- Ensure compliance with global IT standards, processes, and security requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in IT service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of experience in a similar IT support or field service role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, and basic networking
- Solid knowledge of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 / Teams, Active Directory, Basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a global team
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
