About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop revenue, market share and profitability of the Maintenance & Repair portfolio across the EMEIA region
  • Define and implement product marketing strategies in line with the company’s growth objectives
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and support new product launches
  • Manage the product lifecycle and ensure the vitality of the portfolio
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize pricing positioning to support profitability and competitiveness
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools (brochures, digital campaigns, product launches, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support demand generation and achieve commercial targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Marketing within an industrial or technical environment
  • Proven experience managing product portfolios and developing business
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
  • Fluent in French and English
