About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and advise managers on all HR-related matters;
- Oversee payroll and personnel administration activities;
- Ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll inputs;
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives;
- Manage individual and collective employee relations;
- Deploy and monitor learning and development plans;
- Produce and analyze HR reports and metrics;
- Lead and support HR projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role
- Proven experience overseeing payroll activities
- Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Valid driving licence.
