About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage a globally distributed SAP FICO team
- Own and govern the SAP FICO global template
- Personally perform hands-on SAP FICO configuration
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for FICO initiatives
- Oversee AMS operations for the global SAP FICO landscape
- Drive FICO workstream delivery on major SAP programs
- Architect and review FRICE objects in collaboration with technical teams
- Define and drive the SAP FICO roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of SAP S/4 FICO functional experience
- Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP implementation life cycles
- Proven track record managing globally distributed SAP FICO teams
- Deep, hands-on configuration expertise across the full SAP FICO suite
- Strong experience with AMS operations
- Experience with SAP FICO integration to MM, SD, PP, and PM modules
- SAP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Fluent English communication skills
