Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales organization
  • Drive strategic business development with channel partners
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability
  • Own and grow relationships with key channel partners and strategic customers across the US and Canada
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with distributors
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support demand generation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial sales and service environments
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading sales teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
