About the role
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network issues across data centers, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and remote sites.
- Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and implement proactive measures to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Develop and implement scalable network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions.
- Configure and maintain firewalls and VPN solutions.
- Support M&A integrations by assessing and deploying network solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for all network services.
- Lead network refresh initiatives, including hardware upgrades and SD-WAN migrations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in networking, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
