About the role
- Manage the whole customer experience from product support to final delivery acceptance
- Regularly report to the direct supervisor
- Submit monthly demand forecast and order and sales forecast report
Requirements
- Responsible for project sales and channel sales in the region
- Actively selling air compressor products and services
- Establishing good relationships with end customers
- Achieving annual sales targets
- Increasing Ingersoll Rand's market share
- Maximizing sales profits
- Develop, cultivate and manage the network of regional dealers
- Urge and assist regional dealers to establish good customer relations
- Track and monitor the progress of sales projects
- Prepare good quotes and follow up processes
- Cooperate with internal solution center and technical department
