About the role

  • You are responsible for procuring technical products and services — from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation
  • You compare offers, negotiate terms, and make informed decisions
  • You maintain and develop our supplier relationships and ensure cooperative, partnership-based collaboration
  • You plan and schedule materials according to demand using our ERP system
  • Together with Logistics and Production, you ensure a smooth material flow
  • You monitor production and shipping schedules and regularly reconcile target vs. actual statuses
  • You participate in inventory counts and ensure transparent purchasing KPIs

Requirements

  • Ideally a degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least three years of professional experience
  • Basic understanding of production processes, machinery, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contract management
  • Experience with ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, resource management, and scheduling
