About the role

  • Achieve or exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin, and meet forecasts.
  • Conduct active field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new Specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets.
  • Provide commercial, technical, and application support to distributors and key end users.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors, and internal teams, addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Optimize territory coverage to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage day-to-day business in efficient and timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in a commercial role in assembling power tools and industrial products
  • Preferred degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in power tools, with proficiency in software/hardware applications would be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Strong team player, adept at collaborating with global cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Czech, Slovak or Hungarian and English
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities, asking insightful questions, and understanding customers' needs beyond fixed products and solutions
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 75% of the time
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized in managing time, territory, and associated administrative functions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work the necessary hours to fulfil job responsibilities effectively
