About the role

  • Develop effective product strategies to grow our business with existing key and strategic customers
  • Conduct market and industry analyses for new product development and enhancements
  • Prepare requirements specifications (product requirement documents)
  • Actively participate in new development projects
  • Drive sales through commercial and technical support and by advancing our sales team
  • Support the marketing team in creating sales strategies and promotional materials

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or a related field
  • Market and/or sales experience in vacuum pumps, compressors, or blowers
  • Strong IT skills; MS Office required, SAP experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused, goal-oriented mindset and approach
  • Strong assertiveness and drive
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
