About the role

  • Lead strategic direct purchasing activities.
  • Develop robust procurement strategies and negotiate supplier agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure continuity of supply while achieving cost optimization.
  • Drive contract negotiations with suppliers and define future requirements in collaboration with various business units.
  • Track and report category spend and maintain KPIs for supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Engineering (minimum requirement).
  • Industry Experience – Must have worked in the pharmaceutical, biological, or medical business.
  • Strategic Procurement Expertise – Skilled in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and procurement strategy.
  • Risk Management – Strong understanding of risk mitigation and building long-term supplier partnerships.
  • Operations Experience – Experience in the manufacturing sector is also highly valuable.
  • Knowledge of Polish and English (international work environment).
